At Dream Big. Create., my mission is to help others discover their own path to fulfillment by building a life and career rooted in stability, purpose, and beauty. I believe in balancing ambition with emotional depth and self-care, fostering meaningful connections and creating lasting value. Through my work, I guide leaders toward a future where well-being and professional success go hand in hand.

I offer a holistic, balanced approach to leadership development that integrates emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and strategic execution, empowering leaders, educators, and change-makers to create sustainable impact without burnout. My coaching emphasizes balance-driven leadership, blending SEL, wellness practices, and professional growth to make leadership both fulfilling and effective.

Holistic Wellness Workshops

Dream Big. Create’s Management Training & Coaching Program delivers in-depth, one-on-one training and group coaching sessions that can be customized to 8- or 16-week formats. We combine engaging presentations, interactive discussions, and Q&A sessions with ongoing maintenance coaching to reinforce learning. Our approach includes tailored employee feedback surveys, strategic planning insights, and practical modules covering key topics such as emotional intelligence, effective communication, delegation, and innovative tools like ChatGPT for managers. This comprehensive program is designed to transform leadership practices, foster strategic decision-making, and ultimately boost team productivity and workplace morale.

Dream Big. Create’s Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Curriculum Development service creates a robust 20-week program specifically tailored for middle school students (grades 6-8). The curriculum features 50-60 engaging, 30-minute lessons that integrate mindfulness, emotional self-regulation, and practical SEL strategies into classroom activities. Each lesson is supported by a facilitator guide, student workbooks, and presentation slides, ensuring a seamless integration into existing school programs. Beyond the core curriculum, we offer add-on services such as in-person observations, teacher coaching, parental workshops, and professional development sessions for educators. These enhancements not only empower students but also equip teachers and parents with the tools to nurture a supportive, emotionally intelligent learning environment.

SEL Curriculum Development/ Implementation

  • 20 Week SEL Curriculum (Approx 50-60 - 30 Minute Lessons) for MIddle School students (6th-8th grades)
  • Lessons include mindfulness practices, emotional self-regulation techniques, SEL formal instruction, class discussions, pair/group discussion, embodiment activities & exercises (class & group/pairs), reflections/journal prompts, videos.
  • Curriculum can be used as is or can be tailored for schools’ specific needs. Tailoring process can be done in advance of the school year (during the summer) or in real-time during the school year. 
  • Facilitator Guide, Student Guide, Workbook, Slides.
  • Add On:  In-Person Observations and Consultation with Head of School/Principal, Directors, School Counselors, Team Meeting & guidance for Teachers, One-On-One Coaching
  • Add On: Scheduled Conversations/Assembly-Style with Middle Schoolers 
  • Add On:  SEL Workshops for Parents to help them understand the curriculum and learn tools and techniques to use with their children.
  • Add On: Professional Development Workshops with Staff and Teachers to discuss SEL Techniques, Stress Management & Self-Care for Educators.

Dream Big. Create’s Holistic Wellness Workshops are designed to inspire and equip individuals with actionable strategies for managing stress and enhancing well-being. Through a blend of mindfulness practices, mindful movement, and energy alignment exercises, participants gain practical skills in stress management, time management, and emotional regulation. Each workshop—ranging from 30 to 120 minutes—is crafted to foster an engaging, interactive environment where participants benefit from group discussions, Q&A sessions, and reflective exercises. The sessions not only empower individuals to create personalized wellness plans but also encourage community building and networking, ensuring that the benefits extend well beyond the workshop itself.
